What changed for buyers, week by week. Each week’s release details sit underneath.
Version numbers look like 2026.10.46: year, month, then a running build number. They are not dates.
Week of October 12, 2026
- New for software companies: the AI Feature Record Kit, Software edition. Keep one record per AI feature in your product, publish a disclosure your team has reviewed, and move the records into your questionnaire answers. Also new: the Product AI Bundle and a free one-feature starter. Its disclosure now waits until every claim-check sentence the records don’t back has a decision, and its records move into the Questionnaire kit with a summary of what was added. Four of its fields now suggest common answers, including an optional list of common AI tools, and anything you type is kept as typed.
- Bring your existing spreadsheets: the Toolkit, Policy, Shadow AI, Questionnaire and SSPA kits import Excel and CSV records, match your own column headings and show you everything before it is added. The Questionnaire kit also imports the questions and answers you have given before, as drafts to review. Imports now recognize more of the headings people write, say when a file looks like another record type, keep values that don’t fit a list as typed instead of holding the row back, and finish with what happened to every row. Pasting a file prepared with your AI is more forgiving, and the ISO 42001 kit can bring in evidence sources from your partner’s request list. A new one-minute video shows the Questionnaire kit taking in past answers and exporting them again. The kits also suggest common answers for their key fields, such as tools, teams, information categories and evidence sources, and keep anything you type.
- Imported records connect: Toolkit actions link to the tools they are about, statuses such as Open start as Planned, and dates are read the way your file writes them. Approving a Toolkit use without a vendor check asks for the reason in a window that fits a phone screen, and can set the use to Pending review instead. Imports match your column headings whatever their case or punctuation, and Export CSV gives back what you imported. The Questionnaire kit's Buyer response pack lists everything still missing at once and names the file it saved, and its new draft enterprise answer bank adds 72 starting answers. Each kit opens in Essentials with the core fields first. The ISO 42001 kit adds a Statement of Applicability and AI system impact assessments, the Shadow AI kit downloads your staff survey results, bundles save one company profile for every kit, the free Section K check downloads its result, and the Practitioner License download carries its license record.
- The two AI helpers have clearer names, Draft with AI and Prepare a file with your AI, and Draft with AI says what is missing before you apply its suggestions. Every kit has a clearer computer check, with fixes for each browser and guidance for work computers.
- The free tools save and restore your work and follow your industry, with new fictional examples from a wholesaler, a software company and an IT provider. The General business kits now use the wholesaler as their worked example.
- The website shows the General business edition first, links each kit page to the key chapters of its walkthrough, and makes buying on a phone easier. The refund policy is clearer: ask within 14 days and tell us what went wrong; we fix technical problems first, and if you still want a refund, you get it. Every kit you buy now carries a license line with your order reference and, if you give one at checkout, your business name. The Practitioner page lists what the license includes and leaves out next to the price, with Buy near the top on phones. Kit pages list what you get beside the price and keep Buy in reach on phones, the SSPA Section K page lists its files and what it covers, and the refund pages show the three steps first. Practitioner client packages carry the kits’ suggestion lists, and the allocation register records their version. New pages compare the kits side by side and show agencies, MSPs and consultants how to buy for clients.

2026.10.61 · October 16, 2026
- Imports match your column headings regardless of case, spacing, underscores or punctuation, so headings such as System Name, Risk_Description or AI Tool Name now find their fields. One column never fills two fields, and list values match whatever their case.
- After an import, Export CSV gives back the records you brought in, ready to import again.
- AI Questionnaire Response Kit: the Buyer response pack lists everything still missing in one message, each item taking you to its field, and names the file once it is saved. Nothing is pre-selected and every confirmation is still required.
- AI Questionnaire Response Kit: a new Enterprise answer bank (draft) with 72 starting answers in ten areas, each with its evidence, scope and framework references for orientation. It is a draft to adapt and review, not a compliance statement. Your Answer bank and saved work are unchanged.
- The kits open in Essentials for a first session, with each record's core fields first and the rest under More fields for this record. The choice is kept separately for each kit, and nothing is removed: All sections shows everything as before.
- ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit: Essentials shows Requests, Evidence and Handover. A new Documents view adds a Statement of Applicability, one row per reference in your partner's request list with your decision and reason, downloadable as HTML or CSV, and AI system impact assessments, one per AI system, downloadable as HTML. No standard text is reproduced, and neither document is a certification.
- Shadow AI Risk Kit: Survey and results downloads the staff survey, imports the responses and downloads the results as HTML or CSV: who responded, each tool named and what to follow up. The results are labeled as self-reported.
- Bundles: the bundle's START-HERE page saves one company profile that each kit in the bundle can load.
- Practitioner License: the download now carries its license record, like every other kit.
- Approving a Toolkit use without a vendor check, or a questionnaire answer without Ready evidence, during guided setup can now add another record instead, leaving the status as it was.
- Free Section K check: download the result as HTML or your answers as CSV. The file is made in your browser and repeats the result exactly as the page shows it.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.60 · October 16, 2026
- AI Governance Toolkit: approving a use without a vendor check opens a window that fits a phone screen. Its title, Close and buttons stay in view, the keyboard opens only when you tap the reason box, and the rule for what counts as a vendor check opens on request.
- In the AI uses inventory, the same window can set the use to Pending review instead, so a first session moves on without approving it. Approving still needs a vendor check or a reason of at least 10 characters.
- Close, Cancel and Escape leave the status as it was, and only one of these windows opens at a time. The same layout applies when you approve a questionnaire answer without Ready evidence.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
Site update · October 16, 2026 (kit comparison and agencies page)
- A new page compares the six kits side by side: who each one fits, what you leave with, what is included, the time to get started and the price. All kits and the site footer link to it.
- A new page for agencies, MSPs and consultants shows three ways to buy for clients, then goes from the client's job straight to the kit page.
- On phones and small tablets, the Buy bar adds the 14-day money-back guarantee and that the kits run on Windows or Mac.
2026.10.59 · October 15, 2026
- Practitioner License: client packages carry the suggestion lists of the current kits. The allocation register records the version of the option lists in each client's latest package, and so does the package's own manifest.
- The master READ-ME, each client package's READ-ME and the Practitioner page say in one line that every kit suggests common answers, including a names-only list of common AI tools, and that suggestions never lock a field.
- On a phone, the client list preview in the builder scrolls inside its own box instead of being cut off.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files and allocation registers saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.58 · October 15, 2026
- Shadow AI Risk Kit and AI Policy & Rollout Kit: the AI uses register suggests common tools by category, account types, teams, common purposes, evidence sources, information categories and kinds of access. Fields that hold several values, such as information categories, add each choice after a semicolon. Anything you type is kept as typed.
- AI Policy & Rollout Kit: rollout audiences and cohorts, plain descriptions of a client's instruction, and rollout follow-ups are suggested too.
- AI Governance Toolkit: AI uses, requests and vendor checks suggest common tool names, and a request's alternatives come from the tools already in your inventory. Vendor names come from the same list; ratings and recommendations are never filled in. Data fields suggest information categories, and risk controls and mitigations suggest common safeguards. Risk tiers are unchanged.
- AI Questionnaire Response Kit: evidence source types, past-answer themes, recipient roles, sharing channels and review triggers are suggested. Questions, answers and responses stay entirely yours.
- SSPA Section K Readiness Kit: recipient roles, access restrictions and information categories are suggested; your engagement role and requirement references stay free text.
- ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit: the evidence form suggests document types and lets you pick where a document is kept before you type its path.
- Imports keep any value that isn't one of the suggestions exactly as typed. A value that names one takes its wording, and values separated by semicolons are matched one by one. Moving records between kits carries each suggested value's standard wording.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.56 · October 15, 2026
- AI Feature Record Kit: four fields suggest common answers that you can pick or type over. Hosting region suggests regions. Human oversight adds a common wording that you then edit to match what your team does. Re-check due can be set from a review cadence (monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly, or on change). Provider and model can show an optional list of common AI tools by category.
- The tool names are there for convenience and may be out of date. Picking one fills in that field and nothing else: training, retention, region and sub-processor details stay for your team to check against each provider's current terms.
- Imports keep any value that isn't one of the suggestions exactly as typed, and the review and finish screens count them. A value that names a suggestion, such as EU for European Union, takes the suggestion's wording.
- Moving feature records into the Questionnaire or ISO 42001 kit carries each suggested value's standard wording with it.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
Site update · October 15, 2026 (AI Governance Toolkit walkthrough)
- The AI Governance Toolkit has a new full walkthrough, about 10 minutes, with the General business example company, Fernhill Wholesale. It runs the computer check, adds one AI use and imports the rest from a spreadsheet, links the follow-up actions, records a risk and drafts with AI from a prepared example reply, records decisions with conditions and a vendor check, shows the other sections, then opens the leadership report and saves the work file. It has captions and chapters.
- Every Toolkit page and Help now link this walkthrough in place of the 2-minute tour, with jump links to its chapters on importing, Draft with AI, the report and saving.
Site update · October 15, 2026 (Help search and footer)
- Help has a search box. Type a word such as "save" or "download" and Help shows only the answers that mention it, already open. Press / to start a search and Esc to clear it.
- Help topics are grouped into Get going, Fix a problem and Learn more, and the fixes for common problems come right after the first steps.
- The footer lists our support and sales email addresses. The mailing address stays on the contact, trust, privacy and terms pages.
Site update · October 15, 2026 (buy boxes, SSPA page, refunds and the kit chooser)
- Every kit and bundle page's buy box shows the price, a short list of what you get, the terms tick and one Buy button. The note for phone visitors sits under Buy.
- On phones, a slim bar with the price and Buy shows whenever the buy box's tick and Buy are off screen, before you reach them and after you pass them. It hides while the menu, a video or a form field is open, and it never covers the tick or Buy.
- The SSPA Section K Readiness Kit page lists what you'll have ready beside the price: the files in the ZIP, the registers, the fictional worked example and its report, and what to bring, with a table of what the kit covers and what it doesn't. The price is unchanged.
- The refund policy page and the refund request show the three steps and what we'll ask before you look up your order, with "If you still want the refund, you get it" next to the 14-day line. One sentence explains the XS- license reference in your kit files.
- The kit chooser asks every visitor first whether the question is about AI your staff use or AI inside your product, and links the ISO 42001 evidence kit, the SSPA kit and the Practitioner License for those specific starting points.
- Wide tables fade at the edge that has more columns and say how to see them. On phones, the trust page's checksum table shows one card per package.
- A box you tick before the page has finished loading stays ticked, so the first Buy click works on a slow connection.
Site update · October 15, 2026 (videos)
- The AI Questionnaire Response Kit pages have a new one-minute video: bring in the questions and answers you've already given, let the kit suggest where they belong, match your columns, review every row, then export them again as CSV. It uses the General business example company, Fernhill Wholesale, and has captions and chapters.
- Every one-minute kit video now has chapters, and each kit page lists its video's captions before you press play.
- After you buy the Product AI Bundle, the order page shows walkthroughs for the bundle's own kits only. After you buy the AI Feature Record Kit, it no longer lists every other kit's walkthrough.
2026.10.55 · October 15, 2026
- Practitioner License: the master folder now includes CHECK-YOUR-COMPUTER.html, like every kit, and READ-ME-FIRST points to it.
- The client pack builder imports a client list saved as CSV. It shows each client with the industry examples it matched, asks you to choose where the file's industry isn't one of the five editions, and names any client that is already allocated or repeated. Nothing is allocated until you choose Allocate for a client and confirm its name.
- Load saved register explains in plain words when the file isn't a saved register (for example a CSV client list), instead of showing a technical error.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
Site update · October 15, 2026 (Practitioner and Software pages)
- The Practitioner buy card lists what's included: the four core kits by name, all five industry editions, the client pack builder with its allocation register and delivery playbook, and client-branded dashboards and reports. It also says what isn't: the AI Feature Record Kit, and the ISO 42001 and SSPA Section K kits, are sold separately.
- On phones the Practitioner page shows the title, then the price, a short summary, the two confirmations and Buy, before the longer introduction. The two builder screenshot walkthroughs are folded under See the builder steps.
- The Software page has jump links to its main sections.
2026.10.53 · October 15, 2026
- AI Feature Record Kit: the disclosure can be printed or downloaded only when every sentence the claim check marks Not backed or Contradicts has a decision (Reworded, Removed, or Kept, reason recorded, with the reason in Why) and your company name is set. Decisions saved as Keep, Reword or Remove read as the new ones.
- AI Feature Record Kit: Open the full report and Open the leadership brief show every feature’s detail again.
- Moving records into the AI Questionnaire Response Kit no longer reloads the page. The kit redraws and lists how many records went to each section, with a button to open each one. This also works in a workspace that is still in First session.
- Loading a work file whose Evidence sources or Imported sources sections already have records no longer stops with a "damaged" message.
- Export CSV on a section with no records downloads nothing. It says there is nothing to export yet and names the section that holds your records.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.52 · October 15, 2026
- The importer recognizes more of the column headings people write, such as Question asked, Our answer, Assigned to, Target date, Gap description, Account type, Information used, Vendor / model and Known limits. Owner is filled only from owner-style headings, never from an approver, requester or answerer column.
- When a file looks like a different record type, for example action records opened from Past questions and answers, the importer says so and offers to switch. It never switches by itself.
- A value that isn’t one of a field’s choices, such as a Medium risk level, no longer stops the row. It is listed before you import and kept as typed with the record, and you can pick a list value instead. Words with the same meaning are matched, such as Live for Generally available and WIP for In progress.
- Columns that have no field are kept with each record’s source details instead of being left out. Past questions and answers can collect them in Notes as labeled lines.
- The review counts the details still to fill in, such as missing owners, and the finish screen lists what happened to every row: added, skipped as a duplicate, or left out and why.
- Prepare a file with your AI accepts a pasted CSV or a JSON list, ignores code fences, a byte-order mark and trailing commas, and names the line of a real mistake. The prompt includes example rows, rules for missing values and what to do with an error message. When Import is off, the reason is shown next to the button.
- Draft with AI reads answers that come in a code fence or with trailing commas or curly quotes, and names the line of a real mistake.
- ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit: the partner request import recognizes headings such as Request no. and Partner request, puts comments and status in the request notes, and turns document names and locations into evidence sources linked to their requests. They start unchecked and not cleared for sharing. A due date the kit can’t read is kept in the request notes instead of holding the request back.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.51 · October 14, 2026
- Kits you buy are stamped for you. START-HERE.html and LICENSE.txt carry a license line with your order reference and, if you give one at checkout, your business name, and a LICENSE-RECORD.txt is added. Your email address is not put in the files, and the kit still sends nothing anywhere.
- Because of that line, your download's checksum differs from the one on the trust page, which is for the unstamped package. The manifest.json in your download lists the checksum of every file in your copy.
- The purchase terms (version 2026-10-14) add a Licensed copies section, and every kit's PURCHASE-TERMS.txt carries it. Earlier purchases keep the terms accepted at the time. Checkout's optional business name field says it is shown on your kit.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
2026.10.50 · October 14, 2026
- Every kit includes the updated refund policy (REFUND-POLICY.txt): ask within 14 days of purchase. We ask what went wrong, fix technical problems first and may suggest an alternative, such as a different kit or edition, help with setup or a partial refund. If you still want a refund, we refund the amount you paid.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
Site update · October 14, 2026 (refunds)
- Kit pages, checkout and the order page say "14-day refund policy", and the refund policy page explains how a request works.
- The badge under every price, on the kits page and on the homepage says "14-day money-back guarantee".
2026.10.49 · October 14, 2026
- New kit: the AI Feature Record Kit, Software edition. One record per customer-facing AI feature: what it does, the provider and model as your team recorded them, the data it touches, retention, training use, oversight and owner. A record can't be marked Customer-ready while a required fact reads Unverified, or while a feature that may involve a decision about a person or business has no specialist review recorded. A change marked for re-check sends a published feature back to Verified.
- Its customer disclosure, "AI in our product", shows when it was last reviewed and keeps a Limits and open items section while anything is open. The kit includes a fictional Cedar Cloud Software example, Excel and CSV import, Draft with AI with prepared example responses, and a full report.
- The AI Questionnaire Response Kit imports a package from the AI Feature Record Kit: evidence, and answers to common customer questions that keep their evidence, checked date and limits. They arrive as drafts to review.
- The ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit imports feature records and their evidence as evidence sources, which you link to requests yourself.
- Every kit is rebuilt in this release. Work files saved with earlier versions open unchanged.
Site update · October 14, 2026 (Software)
- The Software page starts with two paths, AI your staff use and AI in your product, and shows a product feature record next to the staff-use example.
- New pages: the AI Feature Record Kit, the Product AI Bundle (three Software edition kits for $799), the guide Writing an AI feature disclosure from your records, and a free AI Feature Record Starter for one feature, with no email.
- The chooser asks Software visitors first whether their question is about staff AI or AI in their product. Help explains feature record states, required fields, re-checks and the two record packages.
2026.10.48 · October 14, 2026
- The AI Questionnaire Response Kit imports past questions and answers from Excel or CSV, next to action records. Every answer arrives as a draft marked "Imported draft · not reviewed", with the file and row it came from. A question with no answer is marked "Needs an answer". Exact repeats are skipped, and a question that differs only in spacing or capitals is flagged as a possible duplicate and left unticked. Use in a response starts a response from it, through the usual review.
- The six General business kits use Fernhill Wholesale, a fictional wholesaler, as their worked example: the sample dashboard, the sample report and its PDF, and the guide. Agency edition kits keep their agency example.
- The computer check, opened on a phone or tablet, says to open it on the computer you will use the kit on, instead of running checks meant for a desktop. It now takes about 1 minute.
- On the website: Help lists every column of the SSPA and ISO evidence index and handover exports, with fictional sample files to download; the Practitioner page adds a second sample client package, for a fictional accounting practice; and the Software Questionnaire page shows a sample of the buyer pack your client receives.
Site update · October 14, 2026
- The homepage starts with the AI Governance Toolkit, General business edition, and its 1-minute video. Choosing an industry switches both to that edition.
- Each kit page lists the key chapters of its full walkthrough, and each chapter link starts the video on Help at that point.
- On phones the buy box is easier to use: a larger tick box, the Terms and desktop requirements on their own line, a short buy bar after you scroll past the price, and a note that the kits run on a computer, with Email me this page and Copy link.
- Every buy box shows when the kits were last updated, with a link to the checksums.
- The kits catalog and the consulting, accounting and IT services pages describe the Practitioner License for consultants.
- This changelog opens with a plain summary of each week.
- Free offline demos of the AI Governance Toolkit and the SSPA Section K Readiness Kit: the kit's dashboard with its core sections and a fictional company, to click through and edit on your computer. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere; saving, importing and exports are in the full kit. Download them from the Toolkit and SSPA pages or the trust page, which lists their checksums.
2026.10.47 · October 14, 2026
- Import matches more of your spreadsheet's own headings on its own, such as Tool ref, Business owner, Who, State, Due and Next check, and labels each one "Matched automatically" so you can still change it. A date column labeled (dd/mm/yyyy) or (mm/dd/yyyy) needs no extra choice.
- In the AI Governance Toolkit, the inventory's ID field is now called "Use ID (links actions)". Imported actions link to imported tools by that ID. If an ID doesn't match, the review suggests the tool named in the action. Work files saved earlier open unchanged.
- An imported action status of Open, To do or New starts as Planned (or Not started), shown in the review so you can change it.
- The ISO 42001 kit's partner-request import reads day-first dates correctly. It asks whether dates are day first or month first when it can't tell, and never assumes month first. A row with an invalid date is flagged with its reason, and the others are still added. "Requested by" goes into the request's notes. A saved-settings message no longer covers the column matching.
- Draft with AI says why "Apply selected fields" is unavailable, for example "Add who reviewed these to apply." Clicking it takes you to the missing step.
- Pasting a prepared CSV that uses the dashboard's own column names now works. If the headings can't be matched, the message lists them.
- The Questionnaire and SSPA import review offers "Link to a related record" with that kit's own records.
- In the AI Policy & Rollout Kit, the scope section's export is called "Export this section (CSV)" and stays off until the section has an entry.
2026.10.46 · October 13, 2026
- A clearer computer check in every kit. CHECK-YOUR-COMPUTER.html shows one status line at the top (ready, not ready or not finished) and one row per check. When a check fails, its fix opens right under it, with steps for Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
- The check has "On a work computer?" guidance, a note you can send your IT team, and a Copy results button for support. It starts in the dark theme and remembers your light or dark choice.
- When scripts are blocked, the check shows only the scripts message. The "download this check first" message appears only when the page is opened from a website.
- Each kit's START-HERE.html links to the check: "Having trouble? Run the computer check".
- Help has a new Work computers and troubleshooting section with the same fixes and a copy of the check to download. The order confirmation page reminds you to run the 1-minute check before you open the kit.
2026.10.45 · October 12, 2026
- The two AI helpers in the kits have clearer names. Draft with AI writes text for one record using a prompt you copy. Prepare a file with your AI turns your existing records into an import file. Work files and browser drafts saved earlier open with the new names, and their import history and undo keep working.
- The Import dialog says that Manual import works without any AI tool and reads your file on your computer. In the Questionnaire kit it also says that import brings in action records, and that past questions and answers go in the answer bank.
- With Prepare a file with your AI, the Import button stays off until you tick the comparison with your original spreadsheet.
- Policy and Shadow AI match a "Status" column automatically. Imported uses still start as Unknown, with the source status kept for review.
- A duplicate row shows "Duplicate, will be skipped" straight away, before you choose a date order. Import history counts "1 record" and "2 records".
- In the Toolkit, the related-use list shows each use's ID, when it has one, and its name.
- Each answer in the Shadow AI Check is a full-size tap target on phones.
2026.10.44 · October 12, 2026
- The free readiness check saves each action's owner, review date and notes in its work file, by action, so they come back after a restore even when a changed answer reorders the actions. Older work files still restore, and the paid Toolkit still imports the scope and answers.
- The Shadow AI Check and Policy Starter can restore their own saved work file: every answer, name, list, edited paragraph, owner and date comes back. The Practitioner sampler and the field guides save and restore their notes, and the Client AI Questionnaire Starter saves a copy with your name and edition filled in.
- The Client AI Questionnaire Starter shows its edition, with a short introduction, apart from its last-updated date, and starts in the light or dark theme you chose on the site.
- The name field in the free tools reads Firm name for accounting, consulting and IT services, and Company name otherwise.
- The Section K check takes an optional firm name for the result and its printout.
- Kits: approving an answer without evidence, or a use without a vendor assessment, needs a reason of at least ten characters before the button turns on.
- Kits have a visible light/dark icon in the header that works with Settings > Appearance. The ISO 42001 kit has the same Appearance setting. With nothing chosen, the site and the kits follow your device's light or dark setting.
- Sample reports lead with one fully supported approval and label the incomplete ones as gaps the kit flags. Every warning in the full leadership report shows its next action; the one-page brief keeps its short form.
- Short pages no longer show a light band under the footer, and the home preview shows its poster while the video loads.
- New examples, all fictional: a wholesaler's weekly stock summary on the general business page and the Toolkit page, an inspectable Software answer with a held and a reused record, an IT provider's disclosure round on the Shadow AI pages, and a step-by-step Practitioner walkthrough with a sample client package you can open file by file.
2026.10.43 · October 12, 2026
- Toolkit, Policy, Shadow AI, Questionnaire and SSPA kits include a free Excel and CSV importer. Choose a worksheet and header row, match the columns, confirm unclear dates and values, and review duplicates before any record is added. Files are read in your browser.
- The Toolkit, Policy and Shadow AI kits import AI inventory and action records. The Questionnaire and SSPA kits import action records. The Toolkit has its own Actions register, separate from its risk register.
- Optional AI-assisted import: copy a prompt made for the chosen register, prepare your spreadsheet with your work-approved AI, then paste or upload the CSV it returns. You confirm that you compared it with your original before importing. The dashboard sends nothing to AI.
- Import history lists each batch with its file, worksheet and preparation method, and can undo a whole batch while its records are unchanged. Imported records keep their source row in record details, reports, Excel exports and saved work files.
- Imported approval or completion claims stay claims until you record the decision in the dashboard.
- Help, the kit guides, READ-ME-FIRST.txt and the kit, bundle and industry pages explain the importer. The ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit keeps its own partner-request import.
Week of October 5, 2026
- The first paid kits shipped as local dashboards that run in your browser, with a work file you keep, a report and a fictional worked example.

- The ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit for partner requests and evidence handover, and Section K worksheets in the SSPA kit.
- Three bundles, and the Practitioner License for consultants who deliver the kits to client companies.
- Free tools and guides in one place, including a readiness check, the Shadow AI Check, the Policy Starter and the Client AI Questionnaire Starter.
- Clear purchase terms, a 14-day refund, published checksums for every download, and the company's mailing address on the contact and privacy pages.
Release details for this week (23 entries)
2026.10.37 · October 11, 2026
- The free tools keep the industry you chose. The Shadow AI Check, Policy Starter, readiness check, Client AI Questionnaire Starter, the finder and the agency first-week path link that edition's kits and bundles, and each tool has its own industry choice.
- The readiness check asks whether you do this work for client companies. If you do, it recommends the Practitioner License, with your edition's Toolkit for your own firm. The name field follows your industry: Firm name, Company name, Agency name or Organization name.
- The Shadow AI Check asks whether a client or prospect is waiting on an AI questionnaire. If one is, it recommends the AI Readiness Bundle in your edition, which includes the Questionnaire kit, with the Questionnaire kit on its own as the alternative.
- Practitioner client packs no longer include the practitioner's license, purchase terms, refund policy or purchase reference. Each pack carries a client license built from the existing client terms, and its dashboards read "Licensed to <client> through <practitioner>".
- Allocating a Practitioner client asks you to type the client name to confirm, downloads the allocation register automatically and lists your allocated clients with their industry and date.
- The Practitioner page has a worked example of an IT provider preparing a client pack, and a place for its 1-minute video.
- The Software pages lead with answering your customers' AI questions fast, with evidence, and show a sample answer from the kit before the scope note.
- Questionnaire kit: an answer can be Approved only with linked evidence marked Ready, or with a written reason that stays in the internal record. The buyer pack asks for a reason for each unsupported or in-progress answer you send. Older work files load unchanged, and approved answers without Ready evidence show "Needs evidence or reason".
- Questionnaire kit, Software edition: six fill-in Product AI questions, and a setup choice to show staff AI, product AI or both.
- Questionnaire kit: the buyer pack has a client version, with questions, answers and evidence names only, and an internal record with IDs, status, owner, reviewer and reasons. Answers with planned work read "(planned)".
- Questionnaire kit: add evidence items of your own, and record a gap or planned work on an answer. With an owner and a date, it creates a follow-up action that shows in Next actions and the report.
- Shadow AI, Policy, Questionnaire and SSPA kits say next to Export CSV how to restore your work. Kit dialogs have their own names for screen readers, and answer themes show when they are in use.
- Policy kit: the staff edition lists the approved tools and accounts and the client and company information rule in full. The Staff edition dialog downloads the all-hands email, manager briefing and acknowledgment form with your company name, and imports signed acknowledgments.
- Policy kit labels read "Policy scope" and "policy workspace", and Software edition setup examples use software examples.
- Reports read their counts from the dashboard. The Toolkit leadership report says when uses are marked approved in the inventory but have no decision record yet.
- Toolkit: approving a use without a vendor assessment asks for a reason, which the leadership report shows.
- SSPA kit: the short report opens with the engagement and AI systems, actions can link to requirements 51 to 63, and the evidence catalog opens from Section K. Section K shows one current Ready notice and says the Word worksheets are offline copies.
- Connect kits keeps what an approval status means. Restricted and unapproved uses arrive as Pending review, never as approved, and any change of meaning needs your confirmation.
- Every bundle has a READ-ME-FIRST.txt with the recommended order and a LICENSE.txt at the top level. The Practitioner ZIP explains that client packs are made in the builder, the ISO kit shows the current release, and edition sample reports open offline.
- Practitioner: choose which kits go into a client pack and add a logo once for every dashboard and report in it. The Practitioner page says how practices with more than five clients are handled.
- The Policy Starter follows your industry, adds optional approved tools and information rules, and names its files after your company. The Client AI Questionnaire Starter takes an optional company name.
- The Shadow AI Check has nine questions, including one on built-in AI assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and its brief can name who prepared it for whom.
- The general bundles moved to /ai-foundation-bundle and /ai-management-bundle, and the edition bundles to /industries/<industry>/ai-foundation-bundle and /ai-management-bundle. The old addresses redirect.
- Edition pages name their own example company, and say when a video uses the agency example. Recorded videos note the release they were recorded on, and the SSPA video reads 0:56.
- The order page names your product and edition, and shows calmer progress while your download is prepared.
- Dates read in US format everywhere, for example October 11, 2026. The questionnaire guide has a worked example of three reviewed answers.
- The Section K check result has no blank band, and the wordmark stays on one line on phones.
Site update · October 11, 2026 (mailing address)
- The contact page and the privacy notice show Extrasphere Media LLC's mailing address in small print, and every marketing email footer uses the same address.

- The homepage has a See the kits button, says what you leave with for every kit, adds the ISO 42001 Evidence Collection Kit, shows what each bundle includes and gives the Practitioner License its own row for consultants. What you get, common questions and a closing call to action follow the product preview.
- The featured Toolkit card on the homepage opens the Agency edition.
- Videos open centered on every screen, and the silent product preview pauses while one plays.
- Dashboard tiles count the records they list and read "1 declined decision" or "2 decisions with conditions".
- Company names ending in s read correctly as possessives, for example "Harbor IT Services’ example leadership report".
- Kit pages align the headline with the top of the buy card. The free tools page links the one-page readiness worksheet and has tighter spacing on phones.
- The kits say "Automatic folder filing works in Chrome and Edge; in Safari or Firefox, track files manually."
- US spelling throughout the site and kits. The Toolkit is described everywhere as producing a leadership-ready report.
2026.10.35 · October 11, 2026
- The free tools page lists all nineteen free items, grouped by the job they do, with a "Not sure which?" guide and the email signup at the bottom.
- The readiness questionnaire lives at /readiness; /assessment now leads there. The free checks say which one to take. The enterprise AI management system model moved to /aims-model.
- Every free tool ends with one next step to its matching kit, at its catalog price, and at most one alternative.
- The AI risk assessment guide has a real template: an eight-step assessment and a risk register you can download as CSV or Excel and import into the AI Governance Toolkit with the new Import risks button.
- Each guide opens with a breadcrumb and a reviewed date, ends with a free tool to use now and the kit that keeps it on record, and lists three related guides. Kit pages link back to their guides.
- The governance, policy, risk and vendor guides each add a fictional worked example and a table.
- The Toolkit sample report now shows six AI uses, three decisions (approved, approved with conditions, declined), three open risks with owners and dates, and the adopted policy, still on two pages. Every industry edition shows five uses.
- Dashboards: the company name replaces "[Company Name]" in the charter and every export, and exports wait until a company name is set. Section progress counts work in progress and checks completed, shown as "x of y". Statuses are a dropdown, and Readiness starts at "Not started".
- Dashboards: the unsaved-changes reminder sits below the top bar instead of covering the page. Approvals can be filled from an inventory record. AI Assist is on every section, accepts a plain-text answer, and "Improve my draft" revises your current text.
- Dashboards: a clear "Sections: First session | All" switch, one Save button in the report view, a dated PDF name with your organization, optional company context in the report header, and a printable one-page brief. Vendor notes wrap instead of cutting off, the record list updates as you name a record, and the starting prompt disappears once you have a record.
- The Toolkit page says which outputs it produces and which kits include Word documents.
- The free starters show the current edition date, and page titles fit search listings.
Site update · October 11, 2026
- The guides index at /guides is public. An unknown guide address shows the page-not-found page instead of a login prompt.

- The homepage shows every kit with its price, one place to start and the bundle savings. "14-day refund, no reason needed" sits next to every price.
- Each core kit page and every industry edition of the Toolkit shows a client question, the record the kit keeps and the matching line of its sample report.
- Toolkit pages point buyers with a client questionnaire to the AI Questionnaire Response Kit.
- The Agencies page answers three client questions from the record, and a new first-week page sets out five free steps for agencies.
- The Shadow AI Check result leads with the Shadow AI Risk Kit and offers the AI Foundation Bundle as the alternative.

- The questionnaire guide numbers its three prompts from 1.

- The bundles are now the AI Foundation Bundle and the AI Management Bundle. The catalog lists all three bundles together, and each kit page names the bundles that include it.
- Toolkit pages state the twelve editable templates and six optional AI Assist prompts. The questionnaire note appears only where the Questionnaire kit is sold.
- The Practitioner button shows its price before the page script runs, and ticking a confirmation no longer shifts the purchase panel.
- Export filenames start with your organization name and no longer repeat the kit name when none is set.
- The free policy builder explains how to get the complete Free Policy Starter Kit. The retired approach page now leads to About.
- New browser and home-screen icons. Sample previews stay out of search results, and page titles and descriptions fit search listings.

- Buy buttons are ready at once, a ticked confirmation is never cleared by a slow page load, and promo codes are entered on the secure Stripe page.
- Unknown addresses show a page-not-found page instead of a login prompt. One browser statement and one Toolkit description are used throughout.
