Refund Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
If a purchase does not work for you, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. We would rather refund than have you keep something you cannot use.
One-time purchases: 14-day money-back guarantee
The Complete Toolkit, the industry packs, the readiness kits, and the bundle all carry a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of purchase. No forms and no hoops: email support@extrasphere.com from the address you used at checkout, name the purchase, and tell us it did not fit. A reason helps us improve but is not required.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We refund the full purchase price.
Extrasphere Pro
Pro is a subscription you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and the next renewal simply does not happen. Because Pro is billed for ongoing access rather than a single deliverable, mid-period refunds are not standard, but if you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of first purchase we will refund it in full. If something went wrong, a duplicate charge, a billing error, a renewal you did not expect, contact us and we will fix it.
The fine print, kept short
- The guarantee applies once per product per customer.
- Refunded materials remain subject to the license terms: a refunded purchase ends your right to keep using the materials.
- Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
