Keep a copy you control.
In the AI Governance Toolkit, the dashboard saves a draft in your browser. Export a JSON backup to restore the interactive dashboard later. The Excel export is a snapshot of your brief; export it again after changes.
For the focused kits, save your own dated copy of Working registers.xlsx. The sample dashboard is a read-only tour, not the place to enter your data.
What you need.
Use a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled for local HTML files, a PDF reader, and an editor for DOCX and XLSX files. The Office files have no macros or external data connections. Microsoft Office desktop is the safest choice for the editable worksheets; other editors and mobile layouts may differ.
If a company policy blocks local HTML or downloaded Office files, ask your IT team about the approved way to open them. Do not disable security controls to use a kit.
If something stops you.
- No email? Check spam and the address used at checkout. Keep your Stripe receipt.
- Download link fails? Retry once, then contact us from your purchase address with the order reference.
- Dashboard looks blank? Extract the ZIP first and reopen the HTML in a current desktop browser. Restore your JSON backup if needed.
- Office opens read-only? Save an editable copy and follow your organisation’s document-security policy.
