Your agreement with Extrasphere
Extrasphere Media LLC, based in New York, United States, supplies these products. Contact service@extrasphere.com. When you accept these terms at checkout, they apply to that purchase. If buying for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. The product description and any expressly accepted Practitioner License form part of the agreement. A separately signed agreement controls any expressly identified conflict.

Existing purchases
These revised terms apply to purchases accepted under this version. They do not retroactively reduce rights granted under an earlier purchase or signed agreement. Downloading an update alone does not replace the purchase terms you accepted. Earlier published versions are available in our terms archive. Mandatory rights always remain available.
Products and professional boundaries
Product pages identify the contents, edition, price, format and scope. These are editable preparation tools and examples, not legal advice, certification, an independent assurance assessment or a determination of compliance. They do not discover every AI use, enforce technical controls or guarantee a customer, regulator, auditor or Microsoft outcome. Obtain applicable standards and check your actual contractual and legal requirements. No affiliation with or endorsement by ISO, IEC, Microsoft, NIST or an AI provider is implied.
Internal-use license
After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to keep, use and adapt the purchased edition for the purchasing organisation’s internal work, without a subscription or scheduled expiry, subject to these terms. Company naming and an optional logo are included where supported. You may share completed reports about your own organisation with its customers and reviewers, retaining required attribution and scope notices. Your independently created business records and original added content remain yours; Extrasphere and its licensors retain rights in the underlying tools and templates.
Client delivery and branding
Standard purchases do not permit redistribution of reusable kit copies, public hosting, standalone resale or white-label delivery to other organisations. Defined client-delivery and branding rights are available under the separate Practitioner License, which controls those rights when included with your purchase or allocated client package. Third-party software notices remain applicable.
Licensed copies
Each kit you buy is marked with an order reference and, if you give one at checkout, your business name. These marks identify your licensed copy. Do not remove, alter or hide them, and do not share a marked copy outside the purchasing organization.
Price, delivery and updates
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows the total you will be charged before payment. Tax is collected where applicable through the purchase process; any obligation that law places on either party remains with that party. Successful payment provides download access and a delivery email. Keep a backup, receipt and purchase reference. Standard kit purchases include updates made available for that kit during the following 12 months, with no promised release frequency, future feature or lifetime-update entitlement. Expiry of update eligibility does not end the right to use your purchased edition. Practitioner update access is described in its supplement.
Compatibility and support
Check the stated desktop-browser requirements and use the free compatibility file before buying if you are unsure. Acknowledging the requirements is not proof that a compatibility test was performed. Purchase and access help is available at service@extrasphere.com. Implementation, legal or professional review, managed services and unlimited support are not included. You are responsible for saving and safeguarding local work files; exports and printed reports are not necessarily reloadable backups.
Your records, permissions and review
Check facts, evidence, current requirements and permissions before adopting policies or sharing outputs. Fictional examples are not claims about your organisation. You control inputs and release decisions. Do not use the materials unlawfully or misrepresent a draft or recorded status as verified assurance. Only provide files to an AI service where your organisation and the content license permit it. Purchasing a licensed standard does not necessarily permit uploading it to AI. Optional third-party services have their own terms, fees and data practices.
Confidentiality and optional services
The local kits do not send your working records to Extrasphere. Do not send sensitive evidence, credentials or personal records through the general contact form or support email. If services require access, agree the permitted information, access method and any confidentiality or data-processing terms first. Consulting begins only under an agreed written scope setting out deliverables, fees, responsibilities, permissions, review/acceptance, changes and support. Third-party subscriptions, assessments and certification fees are separate unless expressly included.
Refunds and product issues
Our 14-day refund policy applies to digital kit and Practitioner License purchases. Tell us about access problems or a material difference from the published description so we can investigate and offer an appropriate correction, replacement or refund. These options do not replace rights or remedies required by law.
Warranty boundaries
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for every workflow, or that examples remain suitable after requirements change. Except for express commitments in the purchase description, this agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, materials are supplied as available, and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are disclaimed to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove our express delivery, update or refund commitments.
Proportionate limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under this agreement for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, or lost profit, revenue or anticipated savings arising from use of the materials. Subject to the exceptions below, each party’s total aggregate liability arising from a purchase is limited to the greater of US$1,000 or the amount paid for that purchase. This limit does not restrict refunds expressly promised, unpaid purchase fees, liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not license infringement or prevent a party seeking a court order to stop unlawful use. A separately signed services agreement may set different limits for that engagement.
Ending a license for breach
If a material breach can be corrected, we will give written notice identifying it and allow 30 days to correct it before terminating the affected license. We may require an unlawful use or unauthorised distribution to stop immediately. A refund ends use rights as explained in the refund policy. Termination does not transfer ownership of your independently created records to us. Valid allocated client rights are treated as stated in the Practitioner License.
Resolving concerns and governing law
Contact service@extrasphere.com with the order reference and issue; we will seek a practical resolution. For business purchases, New York law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in competent state or federal courts in New York, subject to any mandatory law or jurisdiction that applies. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or require arbitration. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Changes to the purchase agreement require the parties’ agreement; posting new terms alone does not change an earlier purchase.
