EXTRASPHERE PRACTITIONER LICENSE — FIVE CLIENT COMPANIES Version 2026-10-14
This commercial-use supplement applies only to a paid Practitioner License purchase. It supplements the Extrasphere Terms of Service and controls where the ordinary one-company restriction conflicts with the express client-use rights below. Keep your purchase confirmation with this license.
1. LICENSE HOLDER AND CLIENT ALLOWANCE
The purchasing practitioner business may use the four included core kits internally and for five named client companies. Each client allocation covers all four core kits and any of the five included industry editions. Repeated engagements for that same company do not consume another allocation. An allocation is permanent once a client workspace or deliverable is supplied; it is not a concurrent seat that can be reassigned after an engagement ends. For purchases under this version, a company group under common majority ownership and management may share one allocation. Unrelated clients do not share an allocation merely because they use the same adviser. Earlier purchases retain any broader company-group rights expressly granted to them. A further purchase adds five additional client allocations. Keep a dated allocation register and purchase reference; there is no online client registration or monitoring.
2. INCLUDED MATERIALS
Shadow AI Risk Kit, AI Policy & Rollout Kit, AI Governance Toolkit and AI Questionnaire Response Kit, with agency, consulting, IT services, accounting and software examples. ISO 42001, Microsoft SSPA Section K, future products, specialist assessments and implementation services are excluded unless purchased separately. Downloaded licensed materials and assigned client rights do not expire. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Updates that Extrasphere makes available for these included kits remain accessible through the purchase link without a scheduled end date for this practitioner entitlement. This differs from the standard kit’s 12-month update window. No update frequency, future feature, new product or lifetime development commitment is promised. Keeping your existing licensed copies does not depend on updates being released.
3. PERMITTED COMMERCIAL AND WHITE-LABEL USE
You may charge your own professional fees for workshops, preparation, customization, review and handover using these materials. You may adapt the editable templates, create client deliverables, use your business or client's name and logo in dashboard and report headers, and deliver a copy of the included working dashboards and relevant supporting materials to each allocated client for its own internal use. White-label rights apply to your client-facing documents, dashboard identity and report headers. Extrasphere copyright, license notices, third-party notices and source/scope notices must remain in the package; some help, legal and support surfaces identify Extrasphere. This is not a promise of a vendor-free source-code product. Do not remove scope or assurance limitations from outputs.
4. CLIENT RIGHTS AND HANDOVER
An allocated client may retain, use and internally adapt its supplied copies after your engagement ends. It may not redistribute the templates or dashboards to other companies, sell them, or acquire your practitioner rights. Give the client the included client-use notice and identify yourself as its implementation contact. The client need not purchase the same core kits again. Clients validly allocated and supplied before a practitioner refund or termination retain their internal-use rights, subject to their own permitted-use restrictions. The practitioner must stop new allocations and further kit distribution under a refunded or terminated purchase. Retain allocation records needed to establish existing client rights. Deliver only that client's package and work files, never the practitioner master, client builder or allocation register. Keep every client's evidence and work files separate.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not resell or publish the unmodified kit library as a standalone template product, list it on a marketplace, offer public downloads, sublicense the practitioner master, share purchase/download credentials, operate a hosted multi-tenant service from the supplied code, or grant other practitioners reusable client rights. The license does not transfer ownership of Extrasphere materials or third-party content. Your own added content remains yours, subject to any rights in the source materials. Do not imply Extrasphere certifies your service, endorses your professional qualifications or verifies a client's controls.
6. RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPPORT
You set your engagement scope and fees, obtain permissions, check facts and applicable requirements, review outputs and support implementation for your clients. The materials organize working records; they do not provide legal advice, certification, independent assurance, automatic discovery, technical enforcement or shared cloud editing. Purchase and access support is provided to the purchasing practitioner under the published support terms. Client implementation, legal/professional review, custom branding services and ongoing managed services are not included. The purchase Terms of Service accepted at checkout, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy otherwise apply. This supplement controls client allocation, branding and delivery permissions; it does not independently guarantee legal compliance or the quality of a practitioner’s services. Version changes do not retroactively reduce rights under earlier purchases. The earlier supplement remains at https://extrasphere.com/legal/practitioner-2026-10-08.html.
