Start where you are
Choose the kit for your immediate task. An existing inventory, policy, record of AI decisions or client response is a useful starting point.

- Match your columns and review duplicates in each kit.
- Manual import and an optional work-approved AI preparation prompt are included.
Choose your next piece of work
Each kit works independently. If starting from scratch, begin with Shadow AI, then Policy, then Toolkit, then Questionnaire. Use each kit’s planning estimate: discovery, policy approval, decision reviews and buyer-response review take different amounts of time.
Reuse the records
Enter your company once. Open Connect kits to save a company profile and load it into the other kits. Transfer relevant reviewed records with Export records and Import record transfer.
Return the output to your team
Review the report or buyer pack, then share it through your existing documents, meetings and approval process.

How the records connect
Review transferred records before using them in another kit. An inventory or approval record can support the next task. Each kit keeps its own work file; transfers do not create automatic synchronization.

License
Standard kits cover internal use by one purchasing company. A consultancy can use a standard kit for its own business. Delivering branded kit copies to clients requires the separate Practitioner License and its client allocations.
