Does this sound familiar?

A service desk technician wants help summarizing a long ticket. It includes a customer’s contact details, infrastructure information and an attachment that has not been checked for secrets.

Complete one useful task

  1. Select a representative ticket in your approved system; do not copy customer data into this worksheet.
  2. List the categories of information, including attachments and possible credentials.
  3. Check the customer instruction, the proposed tool account and who can approve the use. Record unknowns.
  4. Document the permitted workflow or pause the proposed use; assign the checks needed before any trial.

What counts as done?

You have recorded the data categories, customer restriction, account questions and next decision owner. This worksheet does not inspect tickets, redact files or enforce a technical control.

Examples cover organizational decisions and records. The kit does not inspect tenants, scan endpoints or implement technical controls. Each client company needs its own license.
