These terms describe the scope of Extrasphere’s independent preparation materials and consulting.

Product pages describe the edition, contents, format, price, and scope being offered. Preparation materials require adaptation to your organisation. They do not establish that a control exists, prove compliance, or guarantee an assessment or certification outcome. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown before payment.
A kit purchase grants the purchasing organisation a non-exclusive right to use and adapt the delivered materials internally. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly host, or use them as a white-label product for other organisations. Company naming is included. You may share completed reports about your own company with your customers and reviewers while retaining Extrasphere attribution. Full white-labeling is separately scoped with an AIMS implementation. Your completed business records remain yours.
Paid digital materials are delivered by email after successful payment. Keep your receipt and download email. Your purchase is for the edition described on the page; no subscription, lifetime update promise, or unlimited support is included. Contact service@extrasphere.com for access problems.
Consulting begins only after a written scope is agreed. That scope defines the fee, schedule, deliverables, client responsibilities, and revision/support limits. Independent assessment, certification fees, and substantial additional remediation are separate unless expressly included.
Extrasphere provides educational preparation materials and implementation support, not legal advice or certification. Obtain the applicable standard and use qualified legal, technical, or independent assurance professionals where needed. We do not represent ISO, IEC, Microsoft, or NIST.
Requirements, supplier instructions, and tool settings can change. Check current authoritative sources and your actual contractual requirements. Use truthful statements supported by evidence; do not treat examples as claims about your organisation.
See the refund policy for digital-product requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us to resolve an issue before it escalates.

The Practitioner License supplements these terms for that product and governs its permitted client delivery, branding and allocations. Standard single-company kit purchases do not include those commercial rights.
Eligible purchases under the same verified email receive automatic bundle credit for amounts actually paid after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping. Duplicate purchases of the same kit are not added together. Prior bundle upgrades carry eligible purchase value forward. Credit is capped at the bundle price, has no cash value and cannot be combined with promotion codes. Refunded and disputed payments do not qualify. Contact support for company purchases made under another email. The bundle remains licensed to one purchasing company.
