Does this sound familiar?
An account director needs to answer a client before a campaign is approved. The creative team used an assistant and a freelancer supplied an image. Nobody has yet checked the freelancer’s account or inputs.
Complete one useful task
- Choose one campaign deliverable and name the person responsible for its review.
- Ask its contributors which tools and accounts they used, what they entered, and what appeared in the delivered work.
- Check the engagement’s AI instructions and the evidence behind each answer. Mark missing information as unknown.
- Draft a factual answer for the account director to review. Assign an owner and follow-up date for every gap.

Meridian Creative is fictional. This example shows a useful record with open work; it is not an approval, a customer case study or a ready-to-send response.
- Deliverable and reviewer
- Alder campaign concept board; account director reviews before delivery.
- Tools, accounts and contributors
- DraftDesk on the firm account; freelancer’s ConceptLab account not confirmed.
- Inputs and client restrictions
- Published brand information and mock briefs permitted. Unreleased client images require written permission.
- Evidence checked
- Engagement instruction reviewed. Freelancer disclosure still outstanding.
- Draft answer and unresolved facts
- DraftDesk supported internal concepts using public material. We cannot yet confirm the freelancer’s inputs; the external response remains a draft.
- Follow-up owner and date
- Operations lead to obtain disclosure before the next client review.

What counts as done?
You have traced the chosen deliverable, recorded what is verified and unknown, and assigned the response review. An unanswered question is an open action, not permission to claim “no AI used.”
Examples cover everyday agency operations. Rights, licensing and client-contract decisions need your normal specialist review.
