    Check source details and sharing permission, export the collection record, then send it through your normal channel.

Will it fit our existing process?

Use it when collection is spread across messages, spreadsheets and folders. If your existing platform already handles requests, evidence and handover well, you may not need another tool.

This is a local workspace for one coordinator. It has no shared inbox, automatic reminders, document scanning or cloud synchronization. Source documents stay in your repository; exports contain references, not attachments.
